At present we have members of all ages from babes to grandparents. Members have kept in touch and returned with their new children and got them involved as well !
We have a lot of musical expertise and experience, with contributions from accordions, banjos, melodeons ,violins ,flutes recorders, djembes, bodhrans, bazookis , saxophones etc depending on who is there and who is dancing at the time !
We generally 'Dance out' between May Day and the end of September ( but as you can tell from the diary we are available at most other times!)
During the winter months we practice on Monday nights from 8pm - 10pm at The Salvation Army Hall, St Johns St, Bury St Edmunds.
Come and join us ....
Border Morris Dancing is very noisy and energetic, a brilliant way to keep fit and considerably more fun than circuit training or aerobics!
If you can dance, or would like to learn, or can play a musical instrument or would like to see if Morris suits you, come and join us - see the Contact section.
If you want to check us out first, go to the Diary section and see where we are dancing next - though the list will not always be totally up to date !
